Not only do we guarantee the lowest price, we make it as easy as humanly possible for anyone not familiar with how to buy a gazebo, pergola or pavilion. We are very proud of our website and catalog, (although our celebrity customers aren’t mentioned) but we don’t think you should have to pay $2000 extra because you’re impressed with our nice marketing. We have 1000′s of happy customers around the country that have purchased their gazebos, pergolas and pavilions from us over the last 25 years, including assembled gazebos, easy to assemble kits, and built on site projects.
We’ve done our homework already on the competition and the prices we quote are very competitive. We are the manufacturer AND we have REAL competitive prices with a REAL Low Price Guarantee. We don’t mail out our price pages or publish them on our website like our competitors. (How do you think we figured out how to price our product?) If you want a top quality wood or vinyl gazebo for a fair price, that’s what we offer. You simply won’t find the same quality for less.
Our REAL Low Price Guarantee is simple. We detail out all of our standard features and building practices on our website and catalog and do everything humanly possible to make sure you know EXACTLY what is included in your quote. If you can show us a better price for the same or similar product, we’ll beat it. That means the same grade lumber and same features. If the competitor uses Premium #1, but doesn’t specify “clear”, we can quote you on “DSS” Premium #1 lumber.
Our gazebos include a cupola AND A FLOOR so you won’t see “Starting at $1,495.” on our site. If you have a concrete or wood deck and don’t want the floor, we have fair deductions for that.
We also don’t have a line of cheap gazebos under a different name, not that there’s anything wrong with that. If you want an 8, 10, or 12′ gazebo, for about $300 more you can get the real thing.
Most of the gazebos we sell are made with “clear” grade lumber unless you don’t want it, but if you’d like to save a few hundred bucks, you can opt for one grade lower that is still gorgeous, (even more so depending on who you ask.)
We ship our gazebos anywhere trucks go. Amish craftsmanship is unparalleled, and it’s going to cost more the farther the site is from Pennsylvania. But we are always up front about our pricing and for a large part of the country, we offer superior value.
