Multiple Installation Options For Convenience and Affordability
- Assembled at our factory – The first consideration is access to where your structure is going to be located with a 15 feet wide clearance. Gazebos, pavilions, sunrooms, and pool cabanas up to 12 feet wide and 16 feet long can be transported to you without an escort vehicle behind a large pick-up and backed into position. A special tilt-trailer and experienced operator can drop your structure on a dime. Call us to find out the charges. This is one of our competitive advantages and we don’t want to post the information publicly for anyone to see. Pergolas and pavilions don’t travel assembled unless they have a floor. Some units like bell and double roofs could be too high.
- Built on your site by our staff – If the location isn’t accessible by a trailer, then someone is going to have to assemble a kit. One option is to have our staff do the job. Call us to find out the charges. This is another of our competitive advantages, and we don’t want to post the information publicly for anyone to see. This option is nice not only from a cost standpoint, but because you get the experience of having Amish crew members working at your property for a day or so. They don’t pose for pictures, but will usually be OK with you taking pictures of them working.
- Build it yourself – Our kits are available with easy-to-read instructions for “do-it-yourself-ers” that enjoy doing their own projects. It takes a few hours to a day to put your base in place yourself, depending on whether you are doing a stone bed, piers or concrete. The kit will take about a day in most cases by two people unless it’s over 16’ wide in which case most people will need part of another day. Unloading the truck by two people takes about and hour for any kit and a little more for a larger kit. There are about the same number of pieces, but they get bigger with a bigger kit.
- Find a local builder – You can hire someone do build the kit for you. If you don’t know someone, we recommend www.angieslist.com. The subscription is about $10 for a year and is well worth it to find someone with several good reviews.
