At Amish Designers, we don’t buy the lumber for our vinyl gazebos from just anywhere. Every floor joist is hand-selected and milled at our shop to precise dimensions. That provides for a smoother floor, and greater durability because the floor joists won’t be pushing as hard on the composite floor boards.

You should also look at the composite floor boards that are used. There are varying grades here as well. Ours have a natural wood texture rather than a particle board looking surface.
